About the role

In addition, you will: Inspect and repair company equipment, such as pickup trucks, line trucks, trailers, mini excavators, backhoes, compressors, and generators, in a safe, timely, and cost-effective manner.
Monitor prioritized projects, activities, and assignments to ensure the completion of deadlines.

Perform road tests and operational checks of vehicles and equipment to ensure the quality of repairs and service.
Prepare and maintain records and reports.
Maintain tools, supplies, and workstations in a clean, safe and presentable manner.

You have a valid driver's license.
You have knowledge of vehicle and equipment repairs, preventative maintenance, and diagnostics.
Have knowledge of safety guidelines and procedures.
Have the ability to do tune-ups, brake jobs (hydraulic), and basic wiring.
Have the ability to use a cutting torch and basic welding skills.
You have knowledge of minor heavy equipment repairs.
You have good verbal communication skills.
You have precise hand-eye coordination.
Place orders for required parts, materials, and supplies, as required.
You have basic diesel and drive train experience.
You have clarity of vision at 20 feet or more and 20 inches or less, with the ability to judge distance and space relationships.
