About the role

- Job Purpose The Regional Vice President (RVP) is responsible for creating new and managing existing relationships with advisors to increase Jackson sales in the given territory.
- This is accomplished through meetings, seminars, campaigns and follow up.
Requirements
- 3+ years of sales experience in investments, mutual funds, insurance or annuities required.
- Securities Industry Essentials (SIE) required.
- FINRA Series 6 or 7, FINRA Series 63, State Insurance License required.
- 5+ years of sales experience in investments, mutual funds, insurance or annuities preferred.
- Prior annuity or investment external wholesaling experience is preferred.

- Base Pay:
- $50,000.00. The amount listed reflects base salary only. In addition to the base salary, this role is eligible to participate in our annual bonus program and will be eligible to earn special compensation based on sales. This role will also be eligible for compensated personal time off and holidays, health benefits, 401(k) plan with generous matching and other benefit programs according to the Company's employment policies and subject to the formal terms of such plans and programs.

- Strong ability to work independently and to communicate clearly and concisely.
- Thorough knowledge of sales and marketing principles and practices.
- Experience in marketing investments and annuities to advisors.
- Ability to identify and position the products and services used in financial planning.
- Proven ability in growing a territory as measured by sales, producer count and persistency of business.
- Ability to travel extensively, including overnight travel.
- Minimum of four days per week in the field meeting with advisors.
Compensation
