Responsibilities
- Engagement and Outreach: Build rapport with older adults and their families to encourage engagement.
- One-on-One Engagement: Offer individual support and companionship to seniors, helping them connect with what's important (meaningful) to them and stay mentally and emotionally engaged.
- Collaborate: Work with other staff members, caregivers (care partners/family), and volunteers to coordinate and enhance engagement efforts.
- Maintain Records: Keep accurate records of participant engagement, preferences, and feedback for reporting purposes and future program improvements.
- Whether offering occasional consultations or urgent crisis support, we tailor our involvement to meet each individual's unique needs.
- In this role, you will help create and facilitate engaging activities and support programs aimed at improving the social, emotional, and mental well-being of older adults.

Requirements
- Actual compensation may vary based on factors such as licensure, years of experience, and other relevant qualifications.
- The ideal candidate will have a passion for working with older populations and experience in creating meaningful, accessible programs that promote inclusivity, and connection.

- Experience working with older adults, either professionally or through lived experience, is preferred.
