Engagement and Outreach: Build rapport with older adults and their families to encourage engagement.
One-on-One Engagement: Offer individual support and companionship to seniors, helping them connect with what's important (meaningful) to them and stay mentally and emotionally engaged.
Collaborate: Work with other staff members, caregivers (care partners/family), and volunteers to coordinate and enhance engagement efforts.
Maintain Records: Keep accurate records of participant engagement, preferences, and feedback for reporting purposes and future program improvements.
Whether offering occasional consultations or urgent crisis support, we tailor our involvement to meet each individual's unique needs.
In this role, you will help create and facilitate engaging activities and support programs aimed at improving the social, emotional, and mental well-being of older adults.

Actual compensation may vary based on factors such as licensure, years of experience, and other relevant qualifications.
The ideal candidate will have a passion for working with older populations and experience in creating meaningful, accessible programs that promote inclusivity, and connection.

Experience working with older adults, either professionally or through lived experience, is preferred.
