Partner with internal teams and external partners to investigate, troubleshoot, and resolve API-related errors, ensuring reliable and expected product functionality.
Collaborate with internal partners to ensure website efficiencies, troubleshoot purchase paths and product offerings, to create an overall best guest experience.
Identify partner-specific trends, system issues, outages, or maintenance events, and escalate emerging risks before they escalate into larger incidents.
Maintain consistent, organized documentation of issues, actions, and follow-ups across internal workflow systems.
Validate failed bookings and cancellations to ensure proper notifications are generated, documented in tracking tools, and successfully rebooked or escalated with clear instructions.
Support the management of admin functionality as needed.
Perform additional duties as assigned.

You will collaborate with internal teams and external partners to gather and load information, resolve technical issues, and ensure seamless product performance across EBG's platforms.

Basic HTML proficiency (e.g., fonts, colors, spacing, links).
Must be able to work independently with minimal supervision, demonstrate strong self-direction, accountability, and the ability to manage tasks proactively.

Experience with software such as JIRA or Zendesk from a customer service or technical support role a plus.

Additionally, you will identify anomalies, failures, or irregularities in API activity and verify the health of order processing across all active API partners to support consistent, reliable operations.
