About the role

  • Maintenance Technician Pay: $34.61 per hour Shift & Working Hours: 2nd Shift; 2:00 PM to 10:30 PM; Monday-Thursday one week, followed by Monday-Thursday with Saturday and Sunday the following week.
  • This position is covered by a Collective Bargaining Agreement.
  • You'll be responsible for the installation, ongoing maintenance, and necessary repairs for the facility and the production equipment.

Responsibilities

  • performs regular and preventive maintenance, repairs, diagnoses, tests, troubleshoots, and inspections on all machinery and equipment
  • documents work accordingly

Requirements

Nice to have

  • 2+ years' experience working with basic electrical systems, compressors, welding, plumbing, conveyers, hydraulics, packaging, PLC, pneumatics, preventive maintenance, and pumps.

Skills

  • Must be 18 years or older
  • 6+ months of industrial maintenance experience
  • Basic computer and math skills
  • Able to read, write, comprehend, follow verbal and written instructions and product manuals
  • Willingness to learn new skills, problem-solve and troubleshoot
  • Strong collaboration, communication skills, and is always respectful
  • Preferred Experience:
  • LOTO experience
