Schedule and manage designated departments/lines.
Supports the QMS by delivering quality products and services and meeting quality objectives
Participate in the (TLDP) Team Leader Develop Program.
Responsible for assisting with managing the manpower needs in the department, training and developing team member(s), and deploying operational excellence tools.

Associates preferre d but not required.
Has experience and knowledge of work and processes of assembly line production responsibility.
Will be required to lift up to 40 pounds.
Must be able to follow standard work, complete production and maintenance records and other documentation related to operations.
Must demonstrate the ability to perform the above duties with no additional training required.
Will be required to perform other duties as requested, directed or assigned.
