Responsibilities

  • Schedule and manage designated departments/lines.
  • Supports the QMS by delivering quality products and services and meeting quality objectives
  • Participate in the (TLDP) Team Leader Develop Program.
  • Responsible for assisting with managing the manpower needs in the department, training and developing team member(s), and deploying operational excellence tools.

Requirements

  • Associates preferre d but not required.
  • Has experience and knowledge of work and processes of assembly line production responsibility.
  • Will be required to lift up to 40 pounds.
  • Must be able to follow standard work, complete production and maintenance records and other documentation related to operations.
  • Must demonstrate the ability to perform the above duties with no additional training required.
  • Will be required to perform other duties as requested, directed or assigned.
