About the role
- Medication Nursing Assistant (MNA) - Full-Time 3-11pm RiverMead | Peterborough, New Hampshire RiverMead is seeking compassionate, detail-oriented Medication Nursing Assistants (MNAs) to join our care team.
- As an MNA, you will play an essential role in supporting our residents by assisting with medication administration and providing high-quality, person-centered care in collaboration with licensed nursing staff.
Responsibilities
- Provide direct personal care services to residents Assist in the preparation and administration of medications to stable residents under the supervision of a licensed nurse, in accordance with all state regulations and RiverMead policies Administer PRN medications with prior approval from a licensed nurse following resident evaluation Support and monitor resident self-administration of medications, documenting appropriately and reporting any concerns promptly Maintain accurate and timely documentation, including charts, reports, and forms Collaborate with nurses, interdisciplinary teams, residents, and families to support individualized care plans

- +$1.50/hour (Friday 5:00 PM - Sunday midnight) Qualifications High school diploma or equivalent Minimum of two years of experience
