About the role

  • Wells Fargo Bank N.A. seeks a Senior Business Accountability Specialist in Charlotte, NC.
  • Review and research moderately complex business, operational, and technical challenges requiring in-depth evaluation of variable factors.
  • Provide recommendations for process improvements across HR Governance processes based on data insights.

Responsibilities

  • Apply systems engineering principles to design, optimize, and maintain HR data workflows and governance processes.
  • Perform complex financial and data analysis, including model development and trend identification.
  • Plan, coordinate, and execute primary and secondary data projects to support HR Governance.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including HR, Risk, Compliance, and Audit, to resolve issues and achieve strategic goals.
  • Deliver accurate and timely committee and calibration reporting.
  • Help us build a better Wells Fargo.

Requirements

  • Degree required: Bachelor's degree in Industrial Engineering, Systems Management, or related field.
  • Amount and type of experience required: 4 years of experience in the job offered or in a related position involving analytics experience.
  • Specific skills required:
  • Experience with advanced data visualization and dashboard development
  • 4 years of experience in the job offered or in a related position involving analytics experience.

Skills

  • Two (2) years of audit, compliance, risk and regulatory experience;
  • Two (2) years of compensation experience;
  • Two (2) years of experience with Data Analysis Expressions (DAX);
  • Two (2) years of experience with Power Query or Power BI;
  • Experience with HRIS implementation and end-user training;
  • Experience with advanced data visualization and dashboard development; and
  • Experience with Lean Six Sigma (Black Belt) and process improvement.
