About the role
- Headquartered in Cordova, TN, Stratas Foods is a 50/50 joint venture formed in October 2008 between ACH Food Companies and Archer Daniels Midland Company.

- Manufacturing facilities are located in Dallas and Houston, TX; Decatur and Quincy, IL; Englewood, NJ; Hillside, NJ; Fresno, CA; Nashville, TN; and Valdosta, GA.
Responsibilities
- Perform the safe disassembly, cleaning, inspection, and reassembly of pumps, sanitary piping, processing equipment, and production line components.
- Maintain production areas through cleaning of floors, drains, overhead structures, and other facility components to support a safe, sanitary, and audit-ready environment.
Requirements
- Produces accurate documentation and maintains required production and sanitation records.
- Must have the ability to lift 50 pounds, climb stairs, lift, bend, kneel, stand for long periods of time, work in confined spaces, and work with heights
- Equipment/Software Skills: Basic computer skills required.
- Physical: Must have the ability to lift 50 pounds, climb stairs, lift, bend, kneel, stand for long periods of time, work in confined spaces, and work with heights
- Safely handle and apply sanitation chemicals while following all chemical handling procedures and required PPE guidelines.
Nice to have
- Previous experience in a food manufacturing, beverage, pharmaceutical, or industrial manufacturing environment preferred.
- Experience performing equipment sanitation, operating CIP systems, or working with production equipment is a plus.
- Related Experience: Previous experience in a food manufacturing, beverage, pharmaceutical, or industrial manufacturing environment preferred.
Skills
- Basic computer skills required.

- Demonstrates flexibility by learning multiple processes and supporting various production areas.
- Fills in for temporary or permanent vacancies as business needs require.
- Complies with all Stratas Foods policies, GMPs, HACCP, food safety, and regulatory requirements.

- Complete scheduled sanitation activities, including daily, weekly, monthly, quarterly, semi-annual, and annual Master Sanitation Schedule (MSS) tasks.
