About the role
- The Facility Services Compliance Coordinator is responsible for monitoring, auditing, and enforcing compliance with wage, hour, and employment standards to protect both the company and its workforce.
- Act as primary point of contact for any labor compliance policies and provide corrective actions
- Prepare detailed reports and documentation related to compliance activities, findings, and corrective actions
Responsibilities
- Collaborate with human resources, legal, and project management teams to address and resolve compliance issues
- Will collaborate closely with internal teams and contractors to implement labor compliance programs and resolve any identified issues promptly
Requirements
- 3 years minimum experience working in a compliance role.
- Ability to recognize third and fourth order effects of a catalyst event.
- Ability to meet due dates for action items
- Applicants must be authorized to access such information or eligible for government authorization.
Skills
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Labor Relations, or a related field preferred not required.
- Experience conducting audits and investigations related to labor compliance.
- High level of integrity and discretion in handling confidential and sensitive information.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to effectively liaise with diverse stakeholders.
- Strong understanding of legal, risk management, and industry-specific regulations.
- Self-motivated and strong at motivating others.
- Excellent organizational skills, ability to assess situations and set priorities.
- Strong problem solving ability.
- Strong critical thinking skills; Ability to recognize third and fourth order effects of a catalyst event.
- Focused on continuous improvement in fast-paced, changing environment
- High level of initiative and desire for continuous improvement
- Familiar with Customer Relations, SCM, and PMP concepts
Compensation
- The current base salary range for this role is between $84,000 - $135,000.
