About the role

  • The Facility Services Compliance Coordinator is responsible for monitoring, auditing, and enforcing compliance with wage, hour, and employment standards to protect both the company and its workforce.
  • Act as primary point of contact for any labor compliance policies and provide corrective actions
  • Prepare detailed reports and documentation related to compliance activities, findings, and corrective actions

Responsibilities

  • Collaborate with human resources, legal, and project management teams to address and resolve compliance issues
  • Will collaborate closely with internal teams and contractors to implement labor compliance programs and resolve any identified issues promptly

Requirements

  • 3 years minimum experience working in a compliance role.
  • Ability to recognize third and fourth order effects of a catalyst event.
  • Ability to meet due dates for action items
  • Applicants must be authorized to access such information or eligible for government authorization.

Skills

  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Labor Relations, or a related field preferred not required.
  • Experience conducting audits and investigations related to labor compliance.
  • High level of integrity and discretion in handling confidential and sensitive information.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to effectively liaise with diverse stakeholders.
  • Strong understanding of legal, risk management, and industry-specific regulations.
  • Self-motivated and strong at motivating others.
  • Excellent organizational skills, ability to assess situations and set priorities.
  • Strong problem solving ability.
  • Strong critical thinking skills; Ability to recognize third and fourth order effects of a catalyst event.
  • Focused on continuous improvement in fast-paced, changing environment
  • High level of initiative and desire for continuous improvement
  • Familiar with Customer Relations, SCM, and PMP concepts

Compensation

  • The current base salary range for this role is between $84,000 - $135,000.
