- About the Job: The Vertical Account Manager, Commercial Claims, is responsible for acquiring, growing, and retaining revenue within an assigned portfolio of Commercial Property & Casualty insurance carrier accounts.
- U.S. National Base Pay Range: $89,700 - $166,400.
- Total Target Cash Range: $138,000 - $256,000.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Business or equivalent work experience.
- Proven success in a consultative sales, account management, or business development role.
- Commercial Property & Casualty insurance experience required.
- Strong understanding of commercial insurance claims processes, workflows, and operational challenges required.
- Ability to travel up to 30% as required.
- Maintaining a strong understanding of industry trends, competitive offerings, and emerging challenges impacting commercial claims organizations.
- Demonstrated ability to build and maintain relationships with key customer stakeholders.
- Strong communication, presentation, negotiation, and relationship management skills.
- Excellent project management and analytical skills.
- Ability to manage complex sales cycles involving multiple stakeholders and decision-makers.
