About the role

  • Reporting to the Director of Parts Production, the CNC Machinist will be responsible for the programming and operation of Alloy's CNC machines in-house CNC shop.
  • This is a critical role in Alloy's production operation, influencing the manufacturing process of nearly every part delivered.
  • This role requires 5 days onsite per week.

Responsibilities

  • Identify and implement novel fixturing solutions for parts that will be difficult to indicate repeatably
  • Cooperatively work with the Engineering and Quality Teams to correctly dimension drawings and create datums that will match manufacturing workflows

Requirements

  • Experience with troubleshooting and problem-solving in a machining environment

Compensation

  • $75,000-110,000 dependent on experience, qualifications, and education level
