Responsibilities

  • The Maintenance Manager is responsible for leading a high-performing maintenance team that delivers safe, reliable, and efficient operations.
  • The Maintenance Manager builds team capability, drives accountability, and partners cross-functionally to support production, customer needs, and asset performance.

Requirements

  • 7+ years in maintenance leadership roles
  • Experience with CMMS systems and work order processes
  • Education and Experience:
  • Required:
  • Strong background in industrial maintenance (mechanical/electrical systems)
  • Proven ability to lead and develop teams
  • Process oriented, results driven
  • Technology -Efficient in MS Office tools (Excel, Power Point, Word), and able to use them to communicate priorities, issues and opportunities
  • Preferred:
  • Essential Duties and Responsibilities

Nice to have

  • Associate degree or higher in a technical field
  • Experience with packaging or automated manufacturing systems
  • Lean / CI experience (TPM, Six Sigma, etc.)
  • Project management and capital installation experience
  • Foster a proactive safety culture in all maintenance activities
  • PLC programming software
  • HMI programming software
  • Robot programming software
