About the role

  • The Manager, Pricing Product Analyst plays a critical role in shaping and delivering next-generation pricing capabilities across North America.
  • You will help transform how we price-enabling faster, smarter, and more actionable decisions that improve revenue, margin, and customer outcomes.

Responsibilities

  • Deliver Pricing Capabilities Through the Product Model:
  • Partner with Product Managers to define, prioritize, and deliver pricing features based on business outcomes-not just requirements
  • Support agile delivery cycles, contributing to sprint planning, testing, and release readiness
  • Champion a test-and-learn approach, using data to validate solutions before scaling
  • Build and Advance Pricing Analytics & Tools:
  • Ensure outputs drive actionable insights tied to KPI impact (revenue, profit, volume)
  • Support the full pricing lifecycle:
  • Drive Data Quality, Governance & Integration:
  • Partner with data engineering teams to ensure high-quality, reliable data inputs
  • Support governance frameworks to ensure a single source of truth across pricing tools

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Economics, Business, Engineering, Data Science, or related field
  • 3-6+ years in analytics, pricing, revenue management, or product analytics
  • Experience working with data-driven tools (e.g., Power BI, Tableau, Python, SQL)
  • Strong analytical mindset with ability to translate data into business insights
  • Experience partnering cross-functionally with both technical and business teams

Skills

  • Partner with
  • Price elasticity modeling
  • Scenario simulation and "what-if" analysis
  • Optimization engines for price, promo, and assortment decisions
  • Design intuitive, business-friendly dashboards and decision tools
  • Experience in CPG, retail, or pricing strategy
  • Exposure to product operating models or Agile ways of working
  • Familiarity with:
  • Pricing optimization / elasticity modeling
  • Trade Promotion or pricing tools (e.g., TPO, Anaplan, pricing engines)
  • Experience working with large-scale data platforms or AI/ML use cases

Compensation

  • United States of America: 103,000 USD - 119,000 USD
  • Base pay offered may vary depending on geography, job-related knowledge, skills, and experience. A full range of medical, financial, and/or other benefits, dependent on the position, is offered.
  • Annual Incentive Reference Value Percentage:
  • Annual Incentive reference value is a market-based competitive value for your role. It falls in the middle of the range for your role, indicating performance at target.
