About the role
- Job Family: Engineering Job Description: Summary: Under the guidance of the department leadership, this role is responsible for executing production engineering strategies and tactical plans at the Astemo Berea Plant.
- This role exercises independent judgment regularly while operating within established guidelines.

Responsibilities
- Support senior engineers in designing, planning, and coordinating production-related projects.
- Collaborate with departments such as Quality, Maintenance, and Production to ensure smooth implementation of process changes or improvements.
- Read, interpret, and create technical drawings and schematics as needed.
Requirements
- Required to work 40hrs per week, as well as any required overtime.
- Required to stand for long periods of time.
- Required to lift/move up to 50lbs.
- Up to 10% domestic and international may be required as needed.
- Required to work in a manufacturing environment with exposure to office and laboratory areas.
Skills
- Bachelor's Degree in Engineering
- 1-3 years of related experience
