Responsibilities

  • Lead strategy for BYUtv and BYUradio platforms, aligning programming, product experiences, and audience engagement initiatives
  • Collaborate with Marketing, Creative, and Technology teams to innovate and elevate platform experiences
  • BYUtv | BYUradio is seeking a visionary Senior Platform Manager to lead digital platforms and scheduled content and drive audience engagement across apps, websites, and programming.

Nice to have

  • Bachelor's degree in marketing, media, communications, or a related field
  • advanced degree a plus.
  • 7+ years of leadership experience in digital media, product management, programming, or audience engagement
  • Strong strategic thinking, leadership, and people management skills
  • Expertise with analytics tools, UX/UI best practices, CRM/CEM platforms, and digital/OTT ecosystems
  • Familiarity with entertainment programming, digital merchandising, UX/UI best practices, CRM/CEM platforms (e.g., Salesforce, Adobe Experience Cloud).
  • Experience with OTT and app ecosystems, as well as traditional and digital broadcast scheduling.

Compensation

  • Excellent work-life balance: 13 paid holidays + 22 days paid vacation + 12 sick days, accrued annually
