About the role
- This position plays an important part in maintaining data quality and supporting smooth coordination across teams involved in shipping and trade-related operations.
- Enter shipment, customs, and invoice data into internal systems.
- Coordinate with internal teams to resolve documentation discrepancies promptly.
Responsibilities
- Review and verify trade documents for accuracy and completeness.
- Apply product and tariff classification codes using established guidelines Maintain organized digital records of trade and shipping documentation.
- Follow detailed procedures while meeting quality and productivity standards Support customs processing through accurate document review and coding Ensure timely processing of import and export paperwork.

- Administrative, clerical, data entry, shipping, logistics, or documentation experience Experience reviewing customs and shipping documents and identifying documentation discrepancies.
Nice to have
- Typing speed of 35+ WPM Experience processing large volumes of trade data.
- Experience handling confidential records with accuracy and discretion.
- Experience using shipment and customs systems.
- Proficiency with Microsoft products.
- Familiarity with import and export paperwork and compliance processes.
