Gather, submit, process, and coordinate end user requirements
Evaluate organizational requirements/project management processes and workflows
and provide recommendations for process improvements.
Oversee all aspects of project management with final approvals through Military/ Civilian personnel, to include coordinating resources, assigning responsibilities, and establishing deadlines/milestones.
Monitor progress to ensure targets are met, and provide status to unit leadership.
