About the role
- The Carrier Connection Analyst will be responsible for managing and resolving post-production discrepancies reported by clients and insurance carriers.
- Note: Not hiring in San Francisco or New York City Metro.
Responsibilities
- Investigate the root causes of discrepancies, define and implement enhancements through process and automation to improve the customer experience.
Requirements
- This is an exciting role that requires significant attention to detail and ability to improve processes.
- Serve as a point of contact for clients and internal stakeholders for complex issues and escalations to communicate issue status, resolution progress, and required follow-up actions.
Nice to have
- G-Suite, SFDC, and Jira Experience a plus!

- What you will need At least 2 years of experience in operations, project management or an equivalent role, with a minimum of 1+ years of experience in Benefits Administration supporting EDI or API integrations.
