  • Annual salary for this role will start at $67,600.

Responsibilities

  • Schedule and manage logistics for team meetings, including creating agendas and preparing documents, for the Native Self-Determination team
  • Interact with, provide guidance to, and respond to questions from grantees, consultants, and other external partners, including helping to manage the Native Self-Determination inquiry inbox
  • Coordinate document and information management tasks that add value for the Native Self-Determination team
  • Perform other duties as assigned
  • While this role supports a portfolio focused on Native self-determination, candidates are not expected to come with prior experience in this field.

Requirements

  • A bachelor's degree is desirable
  • Able to think and work independently, using strong working knowledge of program substance and process
  • Strong working knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite
  • Minimum of three to five years of relevant administrative experience
  • Comfortable working in a team environment
  • Excellent writing, editing, organizational, and verbal skills
  • Able to manage multiple tasks and projects

Compensation

  • Annual salary for this role will start at $67,600.
