Responsibilities
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather the necessary information related to sample clearances.
- Maintain and update databases, ensuring all information is current and accurate.
- Support the preparation and distribution of clearance status reports to relevant teams, including royalties and Sony Music's document retention system.
- Provide administrative support in coordinating internal and external approvals related to sample clearances.

Requirements
- Minimum of 1 year of experience in business affairs, licensing, or a related role within the music or entertainment industry.
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and familiarity with music industry software and databases.
