About the role
- Essential Duties and Responsibilities Monitor, assess, and prioritize scheduling needs across the department.
- Schedule surveillance assignments in accordance with client directives and internal procedures and goals.
Requirements
- Ability to multi-task and frequently assess, prioritize, and re-prioritize tasks
- Strong basic computer skills, including proficiency in email, file management, and navigating web-based platforms
- Ability to handle sensitive information with confidentiality and professionalism

- Experience is scheduling systems.

- Using hands/fingers for typing, data entry, and phone usage
- Using a computer throughout the day
- Clear verbal and written communication
- Monday-Friday 8am-5pm EST
