Instructor Training & Development (30%) Mentor and support Pilates instructors through ongoing coaching, feedback, and evaluations.
Support in scheduling, class planning, and programming to ensure variety and consistency in the Pilates schedule.

Teaching & Program Excellence (50%) Teach 10-15 classes per week Ensure that classes meet Rstudios' standards for experience, energy, and effectiveness.
Assist in onboarding and training new Pilates instructors, ensuring they meet Rstudios' teaching standards.
Conduct regular team sweats, workshops, and technique refinement sessions for the instructor team.
Provide leadership and act as a key resource for Pilates instructors, fostering a strong and connected team.
Work closely with the Director of Programming to ensure seamless integration across all modalities.
& Requirements 3+ years of experience teaching Pilates mat classes.
