Responsibilities
- Access to our Employee Assistance Program for confidential support
- Deliver food and beverages to tables accurately, efficiently, and in alignment with elevated service standards
- Maintain keen awareness of the menu, including ingredients and potential allergens, and monitor for special dietary requirements
- Maintain proper organization and readiness of service stations
- Monitor dining room flow and respond proactively to support servers and guests
- Collaborate with the front-of-house and kitchen teams to ensure smooth operations
- Ability to perform efficiently under pressure while maintaining service standards
Requirements
- Valid Smart Serve Certification, required.
