Responsibilities
- Lead sessions to gather requirements from business and operations teams across various functions.
- Facilitate Agile ceremonies and manage the product backlog in collaboration with the Product Owner.
- Conduct data validation and reconciliation using SQL queries to support performance data pipelines.
- Create data visualizations using Power BI to enhance decision-making processes.
- Proven ability to drive requirements gathering and documentation with minimal supervision.

Requirements
- Skills 5+ years of experience as a Business Systems Analyst or in a similar role within the financial services sector.
- Strong understanding of front, middle, and back office operations in asset management.
- Proficiency in SQL for data querying and analysis.
- Experience with Agile methodologies, including Scrum or Kanban.
- Experience with cloud data platforms and agile planning tools like JIRA or Azure DevOps.
Compensation
- The pay range for this role is $57 - $92 per hour based on qualifications and experience.
