About the role

An ATS Group Operations Supervisor/Manager is responsible for the development and leadership of a team of Project Engineers and Technicians.
It is anticipated that this position will be 25-40% supervision, while performing actual project work for the balance of the time.

Control System Design and Programming Ensure proper engineering, start up, commissioning, closeout of assigned projects Assist in development/management of department initiatives Overall fiscal responsibility of assigned projects Overall labor planning for group Ensure assigned projects are completed on time and within budget Participate in quarterly goal reviews with direct reports Participate in performance appraisals
