Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in commerce, business administration, or a related field
- 3 to 5 years of relevant client‑facing experience in commercial banking
- Demonstrated experience in business development, including prospecting, pipeline development, and follow‑up strategies
- Proven ability to analyze business models, assess client needs, and structure financing solutions
Nice to have
- Established professional network within Edmonton and the surrounding areas
- Experience working with mid‑market businesses (revenues between $3M and $50M)
- Strong understanding of local market trends and entrepreneurial ecosystems
