About the role
- This role involves both teaching and administrative tasks aimed at supporting our international students in achieving their academic goals and ensuring high levels of student satisfaction.
- This is a temporary position with the potential to become permanent after a 6-month review period based on staffing needs.
Responsibilities
- Deliver classes at various levels using the KI curriculum as assigned by the Academic Manager.
- Student Support:
- Accept and implement feedback on teaching performance to ensure consistent improvement.
Requirements
- Bachelor's Degree (or equivalent).
- Must be authorized to work in the United States.
Nice to have
- Experience teaching international students and/or 1-2 years of international teaching experience.
- Proficiency in one or more foreign languages.
Skills
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Adaptability and cultural sensitivity.
- Proficiency with digital teaching tools and platforms.
- Physical Requirements:
- Tasks may involve extended periods of sitting or standing, and occasional lifting of up to 20 pounds.

Compensation
- All positions with Kaplan are paid at least $15 per hour or $31,200 per year for full-time positions.
