Responsibilities
- Support EHSS program planning, execution, and continuous improvement across aviation-related operations, projects, and business processes.
- Develop, review, and maintain process documentation, standard operating procedures, work instructions, risk registers, and program governance materials.
- Cooperate with their manager / supervisor to allow them to perform or comply with any legal requirements imposed on the company.
- This role translates safety requirements, operational risk and project needs into clear processes, documented procedures and practical mitigation plans to support safe, compliant and efficient operations.
Requirements
- Must be able to occasionally lift / carry / push / pull and move items 10 pounds.
- Experience in airports, airline, aerospace, aviation services, maintenance, ground operations, or regulated transportation environments.
- Familiarity with FAA, IATA, OSHA, environmental, security, or emergency management requirements relevant to aviation operations.
- Must have authorization to work in the United States as defined by the Immigration Reform Act of 1986.
- Attend training courses as may be required by AGI.
- Must have authorization to work in the United States as defined by the Immigration Reform Act of 1986. If work location is in Canada, must have authorization to work in Canada as defined by the Immigration and Refugee Protection Act (IRPA) of 2001.

Nice to have
- Certification or training in SMS, project management, safety management, auditing, risk management, or continuous improvement preferred.
