Responsibilities

  • Manage the end-to-end Accounts Payable process, including invoice verification and accurate coding of expenses
  • Strengthen and manage vendor relationships to ensure high-quality service delivery, favorable terms, and streamlined communication.
  • Financial Support and Data Management
  • Work with external accounting partners to ensure data integrity and consistency across multiple entities and funds.
  • Support the Finance Team in managing payroll processes and ensuring timely execution.
  • Collaborate with the Human Resources team to ensure seamless alignment between personnel data and financial records.

Requirements

  • Technical Skills: Proficiency in financial software and advanced Excel skills.
  • Analytical Skills: Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret complex financial data for reporting purposes.

  • Associates's degree required.

Nice to have

  • Proven professional experience in Accounts Payable, financial planning, or general accounting (school-based or non-profit experience is a plus).
  • Familiarity with Bill.com and Sage Intacct is a significant plus.

Skills

  • Compensation and Benefits
  • Our current compensation and benefits structure is very competitive and is commensurate with experience.
  • The base salary for this position is $42,000

Compensation

  • Support the Finance Team in the execution of the annual budget process and regional systems.
