About the role
- You will oversee processes for receiving, storing, packaging, and distributing materials, ensure accurate documentation, and guide a team responsible for transporting and loading materials.
- Relocation assistance is available for this position.

Requirements
- You may be required to walk around the facility, climb stairs/ladders, kneel, or perform repetitive tasks that require hand-eye coordination.
- You may be required to lift or carry materials that can vary in weight and size.
Nice to have
- Oversee shipping and receiving operations to ensure efficient handling of raw materials and customer orders.
- Enforce plant safety programs, including compliance with Good Manufacturing Practices.
- Monitor the warehouse environment and team members to identify and eliminate unsafe conditions or work practices.
- Train individuals on safety procedures, including forklift and hand‑jack operation, loading methods, and trailer operation.
- Train, motivate, and monitor performance of warehousing employees
- recognize strong performance and take corrective action when needed.
- 2+ years supervisory or leading teams experience within a warehouse environment
- SAP and OTP (Oracle Transportation Management) preferred experience.
Compensation
- Pay Range:$64,000-$95,000
- The annual salary listed above is the expected offering for this position.
- An employee's actual annual salary will be based on but not limited to: location, relevant experience/level and skillset, while balancing internal Conagra employees' equity.
