Responsibilities
- Execute margin calls and manage the end-to-end margin call lifecycle including issuance, tracking, and resolution
- Perform end-of-day and overnight reconciliations across clearing accounts, ensuring accuracy of margin calculations and collateral postings
- Maintain and update risk operations runbooks, escalation procedures, and shift handoff documentation
- Support the build-out of automated monitoring tools and contribute to process improvements that reduce manual risk in overnight operations

Requirements
- 4-10+ years of experience in margin operations, clearing operations, or market risk at an exchange, clearinghouse, FCM, or broker-dealer
- Experience operating in a real-time risk monitoring capacity, including making independent escalation decisions under pressure
- Strong understanding of cleared derivatives, futures, or event contracts and their associated risk mechanics
- Proficiency in Python, SQL, or similar tools for data analysis and monitoring
- Exceptional attention to detail and the ability to stay sharp and decisive during high-pressure overnight situations
Compensation
- $90,000 to $120,000 annually plus equity and benefits.
