- Position Overview As an Investment Banking Instructor, you will have the unique opportunity to teach, mentor, and inspire some of the brightest minds and future leaders in finance.

Responsibilities
- Developing new course content tailored to client needs
- Serve as a lead facilitator for investment banking and financial modeling classroom training sessions
- Deliver live in-person and virtual training seminars to corporate, undergraduate, and
- Develop exceptional public speaking and presentation skills

Requirements
- Minimum 5+ years of investment banking experience at a bulge bracket or leading middle-market firm
- Ability to conduct week-long or multi-week seminars is highly desirable
- Help students and professionals master the technical and analytical skills required to succeed in investment banking
Nice to have
- MBA from a top business school preferred but not required
Skills
- Strong accounting, financial modeling, and Excel expertise
- Deep understanding of valuation, M&A, LBO modeling, and transaction processes
- A genuine passion for teaching and mentoring

Compensation
- Highly competitive daily rate
- Commitment to approximately 40 training days per year, with additional availability during:
- Summer months (May-September): Monday-Friday availability is highly desirable
