Responsibilities
- Serve as a primary lead for assigned intramural sport leagues, tournaments, and special events
- Create graphics, videos, and promotional materials for marketing and engagement initiatives
- Support administrative functions including scheduling, program assessment, and operational planning
- Perform additional duties as assigned
Requirements
- Knowledge of intramural sports rules, policies, and trends
Nice to have
- Experience with officiating, intramural sports, event management, or campus recreation preferred
- Experience with graphic/video editing software such as Canva, Photoshop, CapCut, or similar platforms preferred
- Familiarity with IMLeagues or other recreation management software preferred
Compensation
- Embry-Riddle Intramural Sports engages more than 1,300 unique participants annually through approximately 15 leagues, tournaments, and special events each semester while employing nearly 40 student staff members.
Benefits
- This is a full-time, 10-month stipend position running August through May with negotiable start and end dates.
- The position includes a stipend of $25,200.
