Nice to have
- Complete assigned inspection as scheduled by dispatch
- Usual schedule is 7am-3:30pm
- Ideal candidates must hold certifications from
- ICC Commercial or Residential Certification required.
- Technical, Associate's, or Bachelor's Degree pertaining to the Engineering field (Civil, Mechanical, Environmental, etc.) a plus.
- Candidates must be familiar with the New York City Building Code
- Ability to produce inspection reports according to company standards
- Must be proficient in Microsoft Word, Excel, and Outlook.
Compensation
- $25k-$55k
