Responsibilities

  • We partner with customers to deliver projects and create value over the life of their assets.
  • This role works closely with project leadership, engineering teams, vendors, and global supply chain partners to ensure successful project delivery.
  • Purpose of the role You will lead the supply chain strategy and execution for a large-scale project, typically within the power generation or data center sector.
  • The Director, Supply Chain ensures that procurement, contracting, and supplier management activities support overall project objectives related to schedule, cost, quality, and risk.
  • Defining and executing procurement and contracting strategies that support project schedule, risk management, and cost optimization objectives.
  • Leading the commercial and technical evaluation of supplier bids, ensuring vendor selection supports best overall value.
  • Ensuring procurement delivery timelines support project construction and commissioning schedules.
  • Leading, mentoring, and developing supply chain teams across multiple disciplines including procurement, contracts, expediting, logistics, and supplier management.
