Responsibilities
- Create a safe, nurturing, and engaging infant classroom that promotes healthy development and secure attachments.
- Build trusting relationships with families by providing daily communication regarding routines, milestones, and developmental progress.
- Collaborate with fellow teachers and center leadership to create a positive, supportive team environment.

- As an Infant Teacher, you'll create meaningful connections with children and families while providing a warm, responsive environment where every baby feels safe, loved, and encouraged to explore the world around them.
Requirements
- Massachusetts EEC Infant/Toddler Teacher Certification required.
- High School Diploma or equivalent required.
- Strong understanding of infant development and developmentally appropriate practices.
- Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced childcare environment.
- Ability to lift up to 40 pounds and actively engage with children throughout the day, including sitting on the floor, bending, kneeling, and participating in indoor and outdoor activities.
