About the role

Other duties will include in-house service and repair of company products at an established company repair site or service center.
The equipment includes everything from communication hardware to lottery point of sale and vending equipment.
Delivery and installation of company equipment to customer sites.

Ability to drive a non-CDL delivery truck.
While on site, they will take the lead on ensuring proper installation of all equipment while also offering local field technician support.
Support of field technicians during and after equipment installation.
Support of high-profile issues.
Lead a team on special projects/events.
Perform maintenance, testing and calibration of repaired products, as well as inventory tracking.
Performs these functions and all other duties as assigned.

Must have a high school diploma or equivalency.
An understanding of, and experience with, troubleshooting computer software and hardware technologies.
The physical demands described here are representative of those that must be met by an employee to successfully perform the essential functions of this job.
Ability to work weekends, holidays and evenings as needed.
Ability to lift, install and move large self-service equipment (regularly lift or move 35 pounds or more).
Education
Promptly respond to customer/leadership requests and feedback.
Proven self-starter with motivation and ability.
Available to work overtime as needed.
Able to travel overnight if needed.
Pass a background check, drug test, and have a clean driving record.

Excellent interpersonal, verbal, and written communications skills.
Organization and time management skills that enable effective multitasking.
Strong judgement and problem-solving skills to determine most cost-effective repair/resolution.
