Responsibilities

  • You serve as a trusted adviser, counselor, and coach to clients with significant wealth and complexity, helping them grow, manage, and protect their assets.
  • You partner with clients to develop personalized, comprehensive financial roadmaps and deliver integrated wealth planning and investment strategies aligned with their goals today, tomorrow, and across generations.
  • Through a high-touch planning experience, you build client dedication, increase share of wallet, generate referrals, and collaborate with peers to strengthen a culture of planning.

Requirements

  • The Expertise and Skills You Bring
  • Active FINRA Series 7 & 66 licensed and hold appropriate state registrations, OR ability to acquire Series 66 upon hire
  • Strong understanding of behavioral economics and family dynamics

Nice to have

  • Bachelor's Degree highly preferred
  • 5+ years industry experience in financial services or a related field, 10+ years preferred
  • 3-5 years of financial planning experience, 5+ years preferred

  • Fidelity's Onsite Working Model
  • Fidelity is transitioning to a full-time onsite working model through a phased rollout across regions and roles.
  • Currently, some roles and locations require 100% onsite presence, while others require less.

  • This transition does not apply to fully remote roles.
  • The base salary range for this position is $96,000-$210,000 per year.
  • Placement in the range will vary based on job responsibilities and scope, geographic location, candidate's relevant experience, and other factors.
  • Base salary is only part of the total compensation package.
  • Depending on the position and eligibility requirements, the offer package may also include bonus or other variable compensation.
