Responsibilities
- Own the global conversion and owned growth strategy across website, landing pages, onboarding flows, email, SMS, push, and in-product surfaces.
- Architect and lead a structured experimentation roadmap including multi-arm and adaptive landing page testing, onboarding experiments, incentives, lifecycle sequencing experiments, and personalization frameworks.
- Drive measurable improvement in visitor-to-application, application-to-funded, and funded account quality metrics.
- Partner closely with Media Analytics to integrate paid traffic into owned journey optimization, including retargeting logic, funnel stitching, and incrementality testing across channels.
- Build global experimentation infrastructure across countries with clear statistical rigor, test governance, and velocity targets.
- Build and lead a high-performing team of growth marketers and experimentation analysts. Optimize KPI frameworks tied to ROI and profitability

- This leader will drive measurable increases in acquisition by optimizing the end-to-end user journey across web, app, lifecycle, and retargeting integrations globally.
Requirements
- 10+ years in growth marketing, CRO, lifecycle, or experimentation leadership within high-scale fintech, marketplace, SaaS, or consumer technology company
Skills
- Demonstrated success running high-velocity global experimentation programs.
- Strong collaboration experience with media, data science, and product teams.
- AI-native mindset with practical experience applying AI to growth workflows and optimization.
- Proven ability to operate in highly measurable, performance-accountable environments.
- Experience scaling growth initiatives across multiple international markets.
- Self-motivated and able to handle tasks with minimal supervision.
- Superb analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent collaboration and communication (Verbal and written) skills.
- Outstanding organizational and time management skills.
