Requirements
- Must be 16 years of age or older (18 years of age or older, depending on role requirements)
- Ability to operate equipment such as pallet jacks, balers, and box cutters following training and safety guidelines
- Basic math and communication skills required
- Ability to read, write, and follow instructions in English

- Experience placing products on shelves, facing items, and maintaining display standards
- Familiarity with store layout, pricing, and general merchandise across departments
- Accuracy in pricing, labeling, product rotation, and removing outdated items
- Organization & Time Management:
- Managing multiple tasks while maintaining clean, organized work areas
- Monitoring product levels and assisting with restocking and ordering processes
- Handling tools such as pallet jacks, box cutters, or handheld devices following safety guidelines
- Comfort moving between tasks, departments, and priorities throughout the shift
- Stocking & Merchandising: Experience placing products on shelves, facing items, and maintaining display standards
- Product Knowledge: Familiarity with store layout, pricing, and general merchandise across departments
