Responsibilities
- Develop and execute territory plans to drive referral growth and market expansion.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure a seamless provider and patient experience.
- Support onboarding and adoption of new provider partnerships.
- Maintain accurate CRM records, pipeline activity, and account plans.
- Represent Luna professionally and consistently deliver exceptional customer service.
- Strong communication, presentation, and relationship-building skills.

- As the primary point of contact for provider partners, the PAM works closely with Clinical, Operations, Marketing, Product, and Customer Success teams to deliver an exceptional experience for both providers and patients.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree
- Success in this role requires a consultative sales approach, strong business acumen, exceptional relationship management, and the ability to execute against market growth objectives.
Nice to have
- Clinical licensure or a clinical background (PT, OT, ATC, RN, PTA, or similar) is considered a plus but is not required.
Compensation
- $70k-$90k
