Responsibilities

  • Works collaboratively with external vendors and internal partners to identify and resolve all financial aid system/platform bugs.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree.
  • At least two years of experience working in a post-secondary financial aid program.
  • Experience with Peoplesoft, EdConnect, COD, ELM, MS Office and other reporting tools
  • Experience with student lifecycle and financial aid practices
  • Ability to understand technical specification documentation
  • Ability to convert functional requirements into technical tasks
  • Ability to juggle different assignments with competing priorities
  • Must be able to organize and prioritize work, be proactive, take initiative, resolve problems, follow-through and simultaneously manage multiple priorities to ensure goals are met in a timely manner.
