The expected base salary range for this position is from $115,000-$130,000.

Manages, supervises, and develops direct-report Production Managers to drive operational excellence and professional accountability, ensuring all team deliverables prioritize departmental goals and corporate standards
Delivers excellence in production management services to brand partners while upholding company standards, departmental goals, and best practices for final production delivery.
Manages and executes the legal agreement workflow, vetting deal terms against corporate guidelines, and submitting Production Company agreements, ensuring contract compliance throughout production.
Manages and troubleshoots production issues as they arise, including coordinating insurance risk assessments, permitting, rights, compliance, and release issues, in a timely manner.
Conduct direct-report performance reviews and manage HR-related needs, with oversight and approval from upper management, to uphold organizational standards and professional boundaries.

Develops and maintains relationships with key production vendors to create cost and workflow efficiencies that benefit network productions.
