About the role
- There is exposure to dirt, noise, temperature extremes, equipment movement hazards, dangerous chemicals or solvents, and electrical shock.
- There is frequent pressure to meet deadlines and handle multiple tasks in a day.
- Battery chargers, load bank, volt and amp meters, plastic welder, torch oxygen and acetylene, drill, power washer, walker and forklift Financial Responsibility: NONE Contacts: Has frequent contact with warehouse personnel.
Responsibilities
- Performs battery maintenance, including watering, cleaning and simple repair by following a checklist.
- Performs service and repair on building facility requiring ability to perform the physical requirements exerting 50 to 100 pounds of force occasionally and/or 25 to 50 pounds of force frequently and/or 10 to 20 pounds of force constantly.
Nice to have
- High School or equivalent experience
- Previous general maintenance experience preferred
Skills
- Must pass Distribution Physical and Drug Screen
- Good general maintenance skills, ability to operate equipment
Compensation
- $50k-$100k
