Responsibilities

  • You'll design everything from drinking water treatment systems to wastewater collection networks-working on complex projects locally in Wisconsin while continuing to serve our established clients throughout Minnesota and beyond.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in civil engineering with an emphasis on water and wastewater treatment, hydraulic design, and/or infrastructure design.
  • Professional Engineer in the State of Wisconsin (or ability to obtain within 12 months) with a minimum of four (4) years of progressive experience with water and wastewater projects.
  • Working knowledge of AutoCAD and Civil 3D.
  • Occasional overnight travel may be required.
  • Ability to work outdoors, including walking and climbing over rough terrain while carrying up to 40 pounds and/or standing for extended periods of time.
  • Previous experience assisting with market development activities to secure new contract opportunities including preparation of proposals and fee estimates.
  • Working knowledge of ArcMap, SWWM, AFT Fathom, SewerCAD, HydroCAD, WaterCAD and/or Revit.
