Responsibilities
- As a Client Associate, you will work closely with an Investment Advisor at CIBC Wood Gundy to help manage their portfolios and develop new business.
- You will directly engage with high-net-worth clients to offer support, uncover business opportunities, and proactively improve the client experience.
- Anticipate client needs and communicate promptly with your team to build trust and deepen client relationships.
- Work closely with Investment Advisors to support business development activities and assist in the building of investment plans based on the client's profile, goals, and risk/reward tolerance.

Requirements
- You have current accreditation and are in good standing as an Investment Representative (IR) with Canadian Investment Regulatory Organization - Investment Dealer (CIRO-ID).
- 3+ years of Brokerage industry experience and working knowledge of various quotation equipment is required.
- You are motivated by accomplishing your goals and delivering your best to make an impact.
- We may ask you to complete an attribute-based assessment and other skills test (such as simulation, coding, French proficiency).
Compensation
- The expected annualized base salary range for this role is $48,880 to $56,980.
- The base salary is determined by a variety of factors, including the candidate's skills, experience, and job-related knowledge, as well as geographic location and specific business needs.
- Our compensation philosophy supports ongoing growth and development, enabling progression within the salary range as team members advance in their roles.
- In addition to base pay, compensation for this role includes participation in an annual discretionary incentive or bonus program.
