About the role

This role is responsible for routine customer communications, order entry, warranty processing, and accurate data management while following established procedures.

Communicating Effectively - Developing and delivering multi-mode communications that convey clear understanding, taking into account the unique needs of different audiences.
Interpersonal savvy - Relating openly and comfortably with diverse groups of people. Building and maintaining solid working relationships with others.
Complying with all Company policies and procedures, safety regulations, company safety policies and safely perform all duties, including but not limited to, promoting a safe workplace.

Must be able to sit or remain stationary for extended periods of time.
Collect required customer and order information and accurately create and update cases within the support ticketing system.
