About the role
- The Project Finance Analyst holds a pivotal role in the financial health and strategic decision-making processes of the organization.
Responsibilities
- We design, develop, and operationalize technology-enabled solutions through a high-performance services model built to elevate client experience and deliver measurable business value.
- Specifically, identifying trends, variances, patterns, and opportunities for improvement to support strategic planning and budgeting processes.
- Collaborate with various cross-functional teams and departments to gather relevant data and ensure alignment with organizational goals.
- The primary responsibility of the Project Finance Analyst is to analyze and prepare financial data, prepare reports, and provide insights to support informed decision-making by the Director of Finance.
- The Project Finance Analyst will collaborate with cross-functional teams and plays a crucial role in driving financial performance and supporting strategic decision-making within the organization.
Requirements
- Ability to work independently as well as in a team environment.
- Demonstrated ability to solve problems and formulate recommendations.
- Self-starter with high degree of integrity, and professionalism.
- Proven experience in financial analysis, budgeting, and forecasting.
- Proficiency in financial modeling, data analysis, and reporting tools (e.g., Excel, SAP, QuickBooks).
- Strong understanding of accounting principles and financial regulations.
- Additionally, collaborate with auditors and/or other regulatory bodies to provide necessary information and analysis as required.
- Strict adherence, discretion, and professional judgment is required to protect and guard the information provided and generated.
- In addition to the responsibilities and duties listed above, this position may be required to perform other duties as required to support the needs of the department or organization.
- Capable of managing multiple tasks and projects simultaneously.
- Comfortable working under pressure or strict deadlines.

- Education and Experience:
Nice to have
- Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or related field preferred.
- Experience 2+ years in the professional services and/or financial reporting preferred.
Skills
- This position requires a keen eye for detail, strong analytical skills, and a deep understanding of financial principles.
