About the role

The Project Finance Analyst holds a pivotal role in the financial health and strategic decision-making processes of the organization.

We design, develop, and operationalize technology-enabled solutions through a high-performance services model built to elevate client experience and deliver measurable business value.
Specifically, identifying trends, variances, patterns, and opportunities for improvement to support strategic planning and budgeting processes.
Collaborate with various cross-functional teams and departments to gather relevant data and ensure alignment with organizational goals.
The primary responsibility of the Project Finance Analyst is to analyze and prepare financial data, prepare reports, and provide insights to support informed decision-making by the Director of Finance.
The Project Finance Analyst will collaborate with cross-functional teams and plays a crucial role in driving financial performance and supporting strategic decision-making within the organization.

Ability to work independently as well as in a team environment.
Demonstrated ability to solve problems and formulate recommendations.
Self-starter with high degree of integrity, and professionalism.
Proven experience in financial analysis, budgeting, and forecasting.
Proficiency in financial modeling, data analysis, and reporting tools (e.g., Excel, SAP, QuickBooks).
Strong understanding of accounting principles and financial regulations.
Additionally, collaborate with auditors and/or other regulatory bodies to provide necessary information and analysis as required.
Strict adherence, discretion, and professional judgment is required to protect and guard the information provided and generated.
In addition to the responsibilities and duties listed above, this position may be required to perform other duties as required to support the needs of the department or organization.

Education and Experience:

Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or related field preferred.
Experience 2+ years in the professional services and/or financial reporting preferred.

This position requires a keen eye for detail, strong analytical skills, and a deep understanding of financial principles.
