About the role

  • We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Verkademy Program Coordinator to serve as the administrative and operational core of the Verkademy team.
  • You will be the primary architecture for the logistical and operational workflows that sustain our hiring and program scaling efforts.

Responsibilities

  • Recruiting Operations: Manage comprehensive university program logistics, streamline recruiting workflows, scale the intern experience, and oversee end-to-end branding initiatives.
  • Leadership Support: Proactively manage program calendars, prioritize team tasks to align with leadership goals, and assist with formal program reporting and documentation.

Requirements

  • Administrative Expertise: Proven experience in coordinating early career programs within a fast-paced corporate environment.

  • Project & Event Management: A proven track record of managing logistically complex projects and large-scale events from conception to completion.
